audius impresses with its holistic approach to quality and service, as recognized by the F.A.Z. Institute. A comprehensive evaluation of customer reviews, partner feedback, and public reputation has led to top results.
The F.A.Z. Institute has awarded audius the “Highest Quality 2022” seal of quality in the IT consulting category. The award is the result of a comprehensive reputation analysis conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute in collaboration with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research. With 99.4 out of a possible 100 points, audius achieved an absolute top result in the category, clearly setting itself apart from well-known competitors. The study design takes a holistic view of quality and service aspects and evaluates extensive feedback from the market.

The “Highest Quality 2022” study is based on an AI-powered analysis of hundreds of millions of online sources across news and websites, forums, consumer sites, blogs, and major social media channels. Between September 2021 and August 2022, approximately 16 million mentions of the companies under review were identified and analyzed for sentiment—that is, positive or negative evaluation. The individual entries were categorized into six thematic dimensions: Product & Service, Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Environmental Sustainability, Recommendation, and Quality. Since every dimension is considered for the overall performance, it is not enough to excel in just one area.
This study was supplemented by the evaluation of comprehensive, structured online questionnaires on quality and service. This survey focused on questions regarding quality assurance and quality management, as well as service quality, using metrics such as availability, response times, and the resolution rate of customer concerns. This allowed for a well-founded picture of a provider’s reputation and quality in comparison to competitors.
Delivering the highest quality across all business areas is crucial for audius: whether it involves providing IT support for approximately 350,000 IT workstations, delivering managed IT services, or handling more than half a million incidents in facility management and plant services—in addition to professional and technical expertise, high-quality processes in service management are essential. Quality also pays off for customers—and thus for audius—in software development, IT consulting, security and audit services, and the expansion of mobile networks.
