An Extraordinary Career Path

Janine is an impressive woman who has made a deep impression on us with her extraordinary career path and outstanding dedication. Janine is a mother of two and has successfully balanced family and career. She works as a dedicated team leader in IT support for one of our clients, an internationally active company.

Janine’s journey began with a successful degree in civil engineering. After the birth of her first child, she decided to take a career break to enjoy the precious moments of parental leave. But her thirst for knowledge and her professional ambition wouldn’t let her go. She was skeptical about returning as a civil engineer, however, because the on-site nature of the work would make balancing work and family difficult. So she started a new chapter in her career as a customer support representative in an IT department, working from home, and she really enjoyed her role as a “problem solver.”

Another phase of parental leave followed. But Janine also wanted to advance her career and soon returned to work. So, on February 14, 2022, she joined SINNWELL as a first-level support representative for one of our clients and began acquiring the necessary expertise through numerous internal training sessions and a great deal of dedication.

Janine and her colleagues work from home. They operate on a two-shift system. Janine stands out for her reliability and attention to detail, and she has a passionate interest in the processes and procedures involved in her job. “I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my colleagues and believe in teamwork, because I’m convinced that we can achieve more together,” says Janine.

It is therefore no surprise that Janine’s exceptional dedication and tireless work ethic were rewarded in December 2022. Due to her outstanding performance, she was promoted to team leader and now heads a team of seven employees.

Particularly impressive are the challenges Janine and her team face every day: they always find the right answer to complex IT questions. Janine is a true problem-solver, and she takes joy in helping her teammates achieve the best possible results.

Her story shows us that it is possible to balance a successful career with a fulfilling family life.
